The staff were extremely nice and supportive, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel provided all the amenities we needed for a great stay, including toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. The rooms were cleaned daily and small tokens of hospitality, like sweets, were offered. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also outstanding, in the heart of a touristy section near the Cathedral. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were all top-notch.
